We aggregate demand, capital and the best construction partners into one programme, built to deliver homes made off site, finished on site, and repeated across provinces, at a cost that holds. Our thesis

Affordable homes need three things to move at once.

The capital, the methods and the rules all exist; what is missing is a builder that moves them together. Move one and a project stalls on the other two. We work all three at once, so a door that pencils on paper gets built and stays affordable once people live in it.

A home costs more than the door or a rent subsidy: the power bill, the connection, the community around it. We have built communities, not only homes, for thirty years, and since 2019 backed the technology that lowers what a home costs to run.
